Link 1 Explanation: The open page is the Table of Context of FIDE Handbook. Please find B. Permanent Commissions (in dark yellow), and then just below the following 2 links (in light blue): 01. Link 2 Explanation: Download FIDE Players Rating Lists - for Standard tournaments, for Rapid tournaments, and for Blitz. In the above lists, you can find chess players' FIDE ID numbers, names, federations, gender, FIDE ratings as of April 2017, titles, K-factors, date of birth, flags (for example, i - inactive player). The FIDE Rating Lists today are published 12 times a year. The New FIDE Rating Lists April 2017 for Standard tournaments, for Rapid tournaments, and for Blitz tournaments have been published. The New FIDE Rating List April 2017 for Standard tournaments is 6.08 MB to download (under Download STANDARD rating list click TXT format), April 2017 for Rapid tournaments 2.19 MB (under Download RAPID rating list click TXT format), and April 2017 for Blitz tournaments 1.71 MB (under Download BLITZ rating list click TXT format) - all 3 as zipped text files (standard_rating_list.zip, rapid_rating_list.zip, and blitz_rating_list.zip). The above rating lists already contain the new K-factors 10, 20, 40 that FIDE introduced from 1 July 2014 instead of the old ones 10, 15, 30. Note. In the Standard rating list each chess player is assigned and has the K-factor 10, 20, or 40. Be advised that in the Rapid and Blitz rating lists all chess players are assigned and have the same K-factor 20, the only possible value.

Link 3 Explanation: Find here the Elo results of each FIDE player for submitted chess tournaments as individual Elo calculations. FIDE recalculates the Elo results by 1 January, 1 February, 1 March, 1 April, 1 May, 1 June, 1 July, 1 August, 1 September, 1 October, 1 November, and 1 December. Before visiting the FIDE database, you are recommended to see a sample table from the database (it opens in a new window on a sister site) to learn how to read the Elo results.
