Important. From 1 November 2011, FIDE has introduced the new K-factors for the FIDE chess players 10, 15, 30 instead of the old ones 10, 15, 25. See Link 2 for downloading the New FIDE Rating List for January 2012 with K-factors.

Link 2. FIDE Players Rating List
Link Description: Download FIDE Players Rating List. Find chess players’ names, titles, FIDE ratings. Download is 1.6 to 3.5 MB. Before 1 July 2009, the New Rating List was available 4 times a year. From 1 July 2009, the New Rating List is available 6 times a year: on 1 January, 1 March, 1 May, 1 July, 1 September, and 1 November. The latest New FIDE Rating List for January 2012 and New FIDE Rating List for January 2012 with K-factors have been published. The New FIDE Rating List for January 2012 is 2.58 MB to download, for January 2012 with K-factors 2.68 MB - both as zipped text file.

Link 3. FIDE Players Database
Link Description: Find here the Elo results of each FIDE player for submitted chess tournaments as individual Elo calculations. FIDE recalculates the Elo results by 1 January, 1 March, 1 May, 1 July, 1 September, and 1 November. Before visiting the FIDE database, you are recommended to see a sample table from the database (it opens in a new window on a sister site) to learn how to read the Elo results.
