In the above position, please pay your attention to the locations of the Black rook on a3 (it is not defended) and to the Black king on b8 - White can strike the queen fork from b2... Some times ago, the Black rook was fighting to remove the White king's defense but then was forgotten. Meanwhile, the White queen quitely approached on e2... To win the rook on a3, the White queen moves on b2 giving check and delivering fork - the Black king should go on a8. On the second move, the White queen takes the rook on a3. Forgotten rook and queen fork.
